“Spacious room with all that my wife and I needed for a long weekend, including kettle, fridge and toaster so we could prepare our own breakfasts. A microwave available in a common area was useful to reheat a ready-cooked meal we brought from home for our first night. There is also washing machine, but we didn't use it so can't comment. Location is excellent - right in the centre of Bright, yet a very quiet street, and walking distance to all the main streets, cafes, restaurants, parks etc. For……

“It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so……

“A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.”
