You will feel the warmth of this beautifully designed and crafted home with so much space, 2 bedrooms downstairs both with spacious ensuites, a laundry where there is space for all the ski gear, access into the roomy lockable double garage for the bikes and gear plus the car. Upstairs the front of the property boast an outside bbq and dining space where you can relax and look out over the bike track and into the surrounding hills. Reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling throughout the house plus ceiling fans in bedrooms a fully kitted out kitchen with everything you need smart TV in the loungeroom and another TV in the main bedroom upstairs – this property has all your family holiday needs sorted. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen (downstairs, with ensuite) Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles (downstairs) Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen (upstairs, with ensuite) LOUNGE/ENTERTAINMENT Spacious upstairs loungeroom with Smart TV. This property has WIFI KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen! DINING: Dining seating for 6 with a spectacular view from the balcony. BATHROOMS: The upstairs spacious ensuite consists of a bath and walk in shower. There is also an ensuite in the downstairs queen room and a main bathroom downstairs, both with walk in showers, separate toilet in the main bathroom.
