Presented in superb condition with an unexpected spacious layout , this 2 level, 3 bedroom 160sqm townhome (air conditioned in bedroom and living areas) has an abundance of features including: Lower level – • Entry with internal access from the garage, 1 x double bedroom (queen bed), kitchenette (with washer/dryer), bathroom, family room (with a double sofa bed) and alfresco patio area to enjoy the common garden area.
