This modern villa is located in Brives-sur-Charente, in France. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people, perfect for a holiday with friends or family. You can also bring 2 pets. In the garden is a beautiful private swimming pool. Note that the pool is not fenced. The holiday home is beautifully situated and everything you need is available. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there are 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed.

The home is the perfect base to discover the area. You can go to Château des Énigmes in Usson (17 km), but Château Royal de Cognac (12 km) is also definitely worth seeing. Do not forget to visit Saintes (18 km) and its Roman ruins. You are only 500 m from the river Charente. If you don't feel like cooking, you can go to the restaurants in Cognac or Saintes (13 km). The holiday home is beautifully situated and everything you need is available.

A private terrace and furnished garden are accessible for you to enjoy a delicious platter of barbecue with your dear ones. A cot and high chair are available in the villa on request. A fireplace and heating are available in the premises for a comfortable stay. Bicycles are available for you to take a ride on the villa. Parking is also provided in the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed to stay for an extra cost of €25/pet/stay.

The guests can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.
