Bunk Room / Loft (Upstairs) - 2 triple stacked queen bunks, pre-loaded arcade table, shuffleboard, large dresser, bar top with 4 chairs, board games, big screen HDTV, direct access to balcony, full bathroom featuring a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Outdoor Living - Patio furniture, outdoor dining for 8, gas fireplace with guard, big screen HDTV, gas grill, hot tub, firepit with seating for 6.

General - General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20 guests, no exceptions. EV Charger available for free.

Located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a really great petting zoo.

Don t forget these items when you come to visit:
Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55 each year).
We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
