Splashing Bear is a refreshing good time! When entering the cabin, the spacious wide-open concept and all the natural light flooding in from the floor to ceiling windows are absolutely dazzling and chic!
To the right you have the living area with inviting couch seating centered around the stone covered gas fireplace. Along with a large flat screen tv for your viewing preferences. You also have beautiful views through the crystal-clear windows of all the surrounding nature.
The dining table has ample seating for all to enjoy a meal together or just gather together.
The kitchen is equipped with all that you will need. Stainless steal appliances along with plenty of counter space. Across from the kitchen bar is a wet bar that has it all for you. Whether your wet bar needs are for early mornings with a nice cup of coffee or the relaxing nights with an adult beverage.
On your right is the bunk room! With 2 twin trundles this room is perfect for kids or any extra guest that don’t mind sharing! This room has couch seating and a large flat screen tv. I it also leads to the common bathroom.
The common bathroom is a full bath with heated toilet seating and plenty of counter and mirror space for getting ready!
To the left you have your downstairs king suite. You have your own private full bathroom with heated toilet seats and beautiful walk-in shower and his and her sinks. This room has a dresser and closet for storing your personal belongings as will as a large flat screen tv. You have double doors leading to your own private balcony with seating and breath-taking views.
Splashing Bear is also equipped with a washer and dryer for you use if necessary as well as a towel warmer!
Head up stairs for even more choices on suites.
To the right you have a King suite with private full bathroom. This bathroom has his and her sinks and beautiful walk-in shower and heated toilet seating. Comfy inviting bed and large flat screen tv.
To the left is the last king suite with private full bathroom. This bathroom also has his and her sinks along with the beautiful walk-in shower and heated toilet seating. A comfy inviting bed and large flat screen tv. The real star of this room that will make you want to call dibs is the second-floor private balcony. Seating a view of the tall pines and all the surrounding nature.
Expand to outside and enjoy all that Splashing Bear has to off in the outdoors as well!
The deck has a large table for enjoying any meals you may prepare inside or outside on the grill. As well as seating centered around the gas burning fireplace and large outdoor flat screen tv!
The tv can also been seen from the large hot tub! Relaxing and soak away the stress from everyday life.
Also visible from the hot tub is the real star of the Splashing Bear property the 4ft POOL!
Not many properties in the Hochatown area are able to offer a private pool. The pool is fenced in as will as surround by tall pines. The crystal clear crisp clean pool is the perfect place to relax catch some rays and let the children and all the guests take a refreshing dip and enjoy the playful in pool fountains! (Pool is seasonal and NOT heated)

Add to the accommodations for the children there is also a playground fort on the property perfectly in view from the deck.
Catch an early morning sunrise or an evening sunset out relaxing on the deck listing to the tranquil sounds of the pool fountains and completely be at ease during your luxurious outdoor get away!
Cabins with pools and hot tubs- Only guest on guests list permitted to use pool and/or hot tub.
Unauthorized guests in pool or hot tub can result in extra fees and/or eviction without refund.

Max Occupancy is 14 including adults, children and infants.
Exceeding Maximum Occupancy results in additional charges or cancellation (regardless of guests age) Over Occupancy is strictly prohibited.

Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.

This cabin is DOG FRIENDLY for dogs 25lbs or less with a $50 per dog NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
Large dogs subject to additional Dog Fees and require office approval. 2 dog maximum

There is a crib for your young infant. We have also added an exercise bike outdoors as well.
