Excellent ocean views
Cozy suite with everything needed for our stay. The owners put thought into everything Pretty much everything available for a comfortable beach stay. Not far from town, restaurants, shops. The views are out of this world!!! Awesome value. Will return for sure

Wonderful Hosts and great rooms
Patrick was an absolute pleasure to talk with and walked us around the property when we arrived to show us everything. We stayed in a suite, which was very clean and included all sorts of extras like slippers, ear plugs, scissors, sewing kit, etc. The towels were thick, and the shower looked brand new. Location was beautiful. Be sure to go to the big deck in back of their property next door. Some of their rooms are over there, but we stayed next to the host's main house right behind the fountain you see in the pictures. Our room had a dining table, daybed along with a sofa and chair in the main room. We sat on the daybed to read, which was very comfortable. It would be great for a 3rd person. The queen bed in the separate room was perfect. There was a loveseat in that room also. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation
The guest suite was perfect, clean and the bed was oh so comfortable. Location was everything we had hoped for on our first Oregon Coast vacation. We had such a wonderful time! Thank you Patrick and Barbara ❤️❤️❤️

Fabulous Property!
I can't imagine a better place to stay in Brookings! Our hosts were so welcoming, the view was unbelievable, Harris Beach State Park and plenty of restaurants were within walking distance. We had a lovely time and hope to return! Five + Stars!

OUT OF THIS WORLD VIEWS!!!
This trip was DEFINITELY an amazing one. My expectations were high but my experience here really exceeded them! The views were incredible, the hosts were very sweet, extremely accommodating and the bed was extremely comfy. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my family and friends! You won’t be disappointed.

Even more amazing than it looks!
Patrick and Barbara were superb hosts! We loved our time here. The setting is glorious and the amenities were just right. It is walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops, bakeries AND the beach.

Views and beaches were incredible! Hosts, Patrick and Barbara, took good care of me with sweet lodging that included every need and plenty of beautiful, quiet patio space to watch the ocean below. This Midwestern lady wishes she could stay another week. Visited the CA Redwoods and small coastal towns with excellent seafood, harbors and shops to explore on HW 101. Was a dream get-away. Outstanding Views!
The outstanding views make this property! Hosts were gracious, property was clean! Thoughtful touches in both kitchenette & bathroom, including an instant water carafe and French press, fridge with breakfast options, including gluten free. Reading material for children and adults. No tv and bed was full size. They do have queen and kid sleep options. Charming! Easy to get to, Would stay again!

Very Nice place and great location
Wow what a very nice view. Barbara and Patrick are such accommodating people. Nice place close to town and beaches. We really enjoyed it. The only thing negative I have to say.... is that I thought the unit was overlooking the deck. Its across from the house that over looks the deck. Im very sure that wss not what they meant to do and very well could have been my not reading it right. You guys were very kind.
