“The host was very welcoming and flexible with arrival times. The shed was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The location is idea for access along the coast, winery tours shopping and restaurants and is extremely private and quiet.We would highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly be using it again on our next trip that way. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, the space was comfortable for 6 adults, and the view was lovely. Well equipped kitchen even though our stay wasn’t really long enough to cook much more than simple breakfasts. I would say that we didn’t really consider it walking distance to town, given that it was straight up/down and we are all fairly fit people. Carrying groceries or supplies would have been next to impossible. That said, we had a car so it wasn’t an issue, just a note for future guests. ”

“This is a nice ‘Bach’ type apartment with a lovely view over the nearby hills. Inside it was clean and had good amenities. It is part of a building used for art and craft , the ‘frost and fire’ gallery. Unfortunately while we were there the kiln shed next door was in use, which meant the occasional whiff of smoke from the kilns when the wind changed direction, and sound and voices coming from it throughout the first night as it was being used. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, bbq dinner and watching the amazing night sky whilst listening to Kia and a kiwi. We drove down to town as it was a bit steep but worth driving around the area as it’s beautiful. Definitely recommend ”
