Everything was fine, except a couple of Smart Room features were a little wonky at this new hotel. The automatic blinds switch was reversed ("Down" went UP, and "Up" went DOWN, lol.
We searched this accessible room for ages and couldn't turn the heat on. Phoned Front Desk. They told us the thermostat was BEHIND the bathroom door (which is a sliding door for accessibility). Sure enough, with the bathroom door in the "Open" position, one can't see or find the thermostat! All just quirks of a new hotel. We told maintenance about the blinds switch being reversed.
