“An amazing and serene location - perfect to unwind with the family with good facilities to keep you fed and entertained. None of them are complimentary, however, so if you want to take advantage of all on offer, it’s like paying for the stay all over again. We liked it enough to book an extra night, but the management should seriously consider offering more complimentary use of the facilities, or at the very least significantly discounted. It’s not THAT exclusive a place to not offer such……

“Kind hosts and charming family château. Very quiet. Lovely bedroom with very comfortable bed and excellent pillows :). Ample lovely breakfast. Would like to have stayed longer and will do so in future.”

“Unique chateau brings you back to medieval times except the toilet, which is modern and chic. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast.”

“The room was very very dusty layers of dust on all services including the air-conditioning a good layer of thick dust. We were trying to try chase a fly out of the room and we were worried about hitting a surface to make a dust cloud needs a deep clean room 106 first time we stayed there it was okay not sure we’d go back after this experience.”

“Je ne suis pas satisfait de mon expérience. L’organisation ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé et plusieurs points importants ont compliqué le voyage. Le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas au rendez-vous et le service client n’a pas apporté de solution satisfaisante. Je pense qu’il y a des améliorations à faire au niveau de la communication, du suivi des voyageurs et de la qualité des prestations proposées. Cela peut aider les futurs voyageurs à mieux anticiper avant de réserver.”
