Our cleaners drive sedans several times per week and never have an issue. We recommend entering the street across the street from Black Rock State Park to shorten the drive on this country road. Please note the sign for apartment parking on the gravel drive. Take care not to block in or get blocked in by other guest by parking on the concrete driveway. Access door to the apartment is on the left side of the driveway behind a privacy screen. Do not enter the Main house porch or backyard. The Neighborhood: Flanked by ranches on both sides, you may see some uneven roads and some quintessential Texan Longhorns on the neighboring ranch. The apartment was quiet, peaceful, and a great escape from the city. The location is perfect for hiking, accessing the nearby beach, and fishing. We enjoyed seeing Marble Falls and Llano which were a short drive from the apartment. We came in to explore the hill country! We were able to rent kayaks across the street for some nice water time. This is an awesome little apartment off a nice 3 acre home. It was quiet and peaceful even with guests renting next door. Parking was easy with the reserved spot for the Ranchette Apartment. We even were able to charge our Tesla with their level 2 charger. Will definitely be coming back soon! Apartment was really nice - we could have spent more time there.
