Chuck is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The apartment is perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is VERY comfortable and location is quiet and cozy. Great location with easy access to the beach, boat launch and hiking trails. Just a short trip but when we return this is where we will be staying again. ##### S T. We came in to explore the hill country! We were able to rent kayaks across the street for some nice water time. This is an awesome little apartment off a nice 3 acre home. It was quiet and peaceful even with guests renting next door. Parking was easy with the reserved spot for the Ranchette Apartment. We even were able to charge our Tesla with their level 2 charger. Will definitely be coming back soon! Apartment was really nice - we could have spent more time there. Well designed. ##### John C.
