FLAT WITH BALCONY NEAR PARK / METRO / AMENITIES

Studio 37 by MRG is a comfy bright flat with a balcony that has a great view. The location is a 3-minute walk from Titan Subway, Titan Galleries Shopping Center and no more than a 5-minute walk from IOR Park. Park Lake Mall is about a 10-minute walk away.
From here you can easily reach the neighboring areas Costin Georgian, Nicolae Grigorescu and Pallady in a few minutes.

The bedroom is bright with a warm design, has a double bed with a comfortable mattress, air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix and WiFi. You also have a very large storage closet in case your stay is longer.

In the kitchen you will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, pans, plates, cutlery and everything you need to cook.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and we always use white towels made of 100% cotton. Also find a washing machine, shower gel, shampoo and soap.
