"We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so...

"Loved the cottage, so quaint, clean, warm, cosy, it was beautiful. The stairs are a bit scary, but if you take your time and duck you are fine, part and parcel of the cottage. Only downside the 'village' not really there. A car ride to get anywhere, but it didn't spoil it at all. Was so sad to leave the cottage. Beautiful, just loved it. Thank you ."
