The home features three separate living areas, offering flexibility and space for families or groups. The main living room includes a Smart TV, oversized sofa, and a 10-seater dining table, with ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, and all the utensils you need to cook at home.

There are two bathrooms for guest convenience. The main bathroom is located off the hallway to the left of the living room, with a powder room right beside it. A second bathroom is accessible via the converted garage/games room, which also houses the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. Fresh towels, hand soap, and travel essentials are provided for your stay.
The garage has been transformed into a fun games room, featuring a ping pong table, exercise bike, and access to the second bathroom. Please note this space is not available for parking.
Step outside to the backyard overlooking Budgewoi Lake, where you can enjoy a fire pit, outdoor seating and dining area, and two BBQs — a charcoal BBQ at the front and a gas BBQ at the back. Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks stored in the backyard shed, with life jackets provided.
Guest will have access to the entire property throughout their stay.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of checkout.
We reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for damages/expenses that are not otherwise settled by the time of checkout. The reasons we may charge for damages/expenses include, but are not limited to:
- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)
- Call out fee for lockouts ($100 during business hours, $200 outside business hours)
- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by us)
- Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)
- Damaged inventory or property (charged at cost for replacement/repair)
- Missing items (charged at cost for replacement)
- Returning guest belongings (charged at cost for return)
Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
