(3,142 reviews) I was given a different room from the one I booked and the front desk was kinda rude. Parking was not an option and they make no effort to inform you of this prior, but offer a costly/ pressured valet solution on arrival... Room felt like a motel 6\. Very outdated and alot of things were broken. For the price you'd expect the sink to at least drain properly. Or a toliet seat that was installed correctly and not half off the bowl. Pool was filthy, 1/10 clean/safe. 5/10 overall rating cause it could have been worse. Aside from 1 rude front desk lady with a wrist brace, everyone else was very pleasant. Hotel is conveniently located to most places, which is a perk cause they take your car for good. So make sure you unloaded everything in one go! (2 reviews) I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. His manner was mean-spirited and ominous. Then again, I suppose he had a right to be, considering the children's behavior and the insensitivity to other tenants. I would not payback a steep price for the accommodations again, nor would I recommend it to others.
