We booked this rather last minute to see the solar eclipse on April 8. We really lucked out because we only decided to go a couple of months beforehand and most places were booked or over $1000/night. This was the only reasonably-priced option. The location could not have been more perfect - just a 10 min walk to Leddy Beach on Lake Champlain - in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to restaurants and a grocery store. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. We had a little trouble with the thermostat at first because it was a smart thermostat and locked with the temp set to 62 degrees. But I contacted the host and she took care of it immediately so we could control the temp. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was decent. Be forewarned, there is no stove/oven but there is an electric kettle and electric cook pan for some cooking. The host was very sweet and friendly and promptly answered all my questions before our trip. We could not have been happier!

It’s winter and No heater No cooking for fire place And it’s in the Downeaster with no heater it’s very cold room we don’t like anything waste of money we not happy with at all ..
