"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "Fabulous stay. We were so impressed with this hotel. The decor is stunning, Our room was perfect. Breakfast Lunch and drinks were excellent. Staff were extremely professional, but lacking a little in a warm welcome ( except for the long curly haired lady in bar who was particularly lovely) Duty manager went the extra mile to help us which was brilliant. Thermal suite was fab, charged at £30.00 extra but we thought they had a swimming pool but it's a small thermal pool and children cannot use it. Location can't be beaten, It is right across from the beach and a short walk to Brighton Pier, The Lanes, Aquarium, a superb food hall and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer!"

"Staff were very helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here i did book a standard room but we were put in a basic room the man on the desk did explain why and gave me some money back. The room was basically clean. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn't very hot but it was plentiful. We would still stay here again as it is central to amenities."
