Great hotel, ideally situated for the start of the Cross Country bikepath (1km away). Bike friendly, stored my bike in their secure underground garage. Friendly, helpful staff. Very close to underground station. It is also conveniently located close to the subway entrance and a bus stop. It was easy to hop onto public transportation to get anywhere in Busan. It was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Right off the subway exit so it was super convenient as well. We were 4 girls traveling together, we felt safe the whole time. Service was poor. The hotel claimed to be luxury. Not luxury at all. Paper cups. No drinking glasses available. No ice service and no staff would get ice. I had to go 7/11 and buy ice. Restaurant closed. Bar closed.
