I like that Hotel Hongdan was so close to the beach and was within walking distance of transport options. It was a nice and quiet hotel with friendly staff. The style is quite modern but I still managed to find my room cosy. I’d stay there again!

호텔 협력업체직원이 회색 SUV 를 세차 하면서 문 4짝을 모두 열어놓고 있었다. 지나 가려고 했으나 눈을 마주침에도 불구하고 절대로 안비키네요? 서울에서 400km 운전후 3개의 무거운 백팩을 메고 있었고, 캐리어도 끌고있었습니다. 지나가려고 쳐다봤지만, 그 여자분은 끝까지 비켜주지 않았습니다. 결국 건물 왼쪽으로 돌아서 로비로 들어가야 했습니다. 고등학생 자녀를 둘 만한 나이였기에, 예의도, 품위도, 배려도 전혀 없는 태도에 충격을 받았네요. 호텔홍단에서는 잘못된 협력 업체를 선택한게 아닌가 생각됩니다. 호텔 투숙객이 지나가도록 양보하기는 커녕 자신의 세차에 몰두하는 나이를 거꾸로 드신 무개념에 깜놀. There was a business partner (협력 업체) that was cleaning her car at the hotel, with all 4 doors open. It was a grey SUV. She would not let me pass through to the lobby, I had 3 heavy backpacks all falling off my shoulder, and I had just driven 400km's from Seoul. I also had a carrier that I was pulling along. When I looked at her as if I wanted to pass, she still would not close her doors and let me pass. I had to walk around to the left side of the building to actually walk into the lobby. She was old enough to have a highschool student as a child, so I was shocked she had no clue, manners, class, or consideration. I think her company is a bad example of picking the wrong business partner, because she was more determined to clean her car than to let the hotel guest pass. I could not see the ocean at all. I forgot that I reserved the ocean view, I think the staff did not care that I got the correct room? The room was clean but had a wet rag (or wet dog) smell. I'm not sure if it was due to humidity or the cleaning chemicals, but it was not pleasant, and it was continuous.

조금 아쉬웠어요

친구들과의 여행으로 방문했습니다. 전반적으로 좋았습니다만. 생각보다 청소가 덜 되어있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 제일 큰 방을 예약했는데, 입구쪽 거실에 발을 딛자 모래가 밟혔고, 욕실에는 저희가 사용한적없는 파란색 머리끈이 세면대에 있었습니다. (에메니티킷에 들어있는 끈은 검정색이던데..) 그리고 냉장고는 텅 비어있었습니다. 원래 물을 채워주시는것인데 청소 담당자가 깜빡한것 같네요. 그외에 침구나 다른 시설은 편안했습니다. 다만 작은방 침실에선 새벽 시끄러운 차소리에 잠들기 어려웠다고 하네요. 다른방은 괜찮았습니다. 가격대비 괜찮았던것 같아요. 방에 있는 그림들과 호텔외벽에 그려진 그림들은 가족들이 머물곳에 있기엔 부적절해보였습니다. 친구나 연인여행에 더 나을것 같습니다.

방음최악

도로가는 피하세요, 이중창 아니고 일반창 이라서 소음이 하나도 차단 안되요, 오토바이는 왜 그렇게 많이 지나가는지. 사람들은 그냥 두런두런 대화하며 지나가는데 그게 싹다 들려서 같이 대화에 참여할뻔 했어요. 밤 10시부터 자려고 누웠다가 3시까지 못자구 참다참다참다참다 결국엔 프론트 내려가서 말씀 드리니 방을 바꿔주긴 하셨어요, 그럼 뭐 합니까 이미 내 수면 시간 5시간은 삭제 된걸요,, 참지말고 미리 방 바꿔달라고 말할걸 후회했어요, 건물내 주차 편하구 화장실 넓구 화장실은 극도로 깨끗해요. 이불에 타인 머리카락 있었구 바닥은 깨끗한지 헷갈려서 물티슈로 한번 닦고 입실했는데 물티슈가 새카맣게 됐어요. 직원분은 친절하시구 위치가 좋아요

최고의 호텔

위치도 송정해수욕장 바로 옆이고, 주차도 별도로 잘 챙겨주셨습니다. 방에 필요한 모든 것들이 있고 침대도 너무 편했습니다. 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 침구류와 시설 너무 깨끗하고 만족스러웠습니다.

10점 만점에 10점 가족 여행이라 다섯명이 들어갈수 있는 방이 필요해서 예약했는데 기대 이상의 호텔 청결하고 따듯한 방과 친철한 직원분들 호텔 주차장이 좁아 이게 뭐야 했는데 멀지 않은곳에 외부주차장이 있어 주차도 만족스러웠음. 다시 또 가고 싶은 호텔임.

작년에 처음 우연히 홍단 호텔에 대해 알고 숙박을 했었습니다. 직원분 친절하고 특히 청결은 웬만한 호텔 싸대기 후려칠정도로 만족했습니다. 주차면이 부족하고 골목안쪽에 있지만 가까운거리에 공영주차장이 있고 호텔반경20~30m 근처에 둘러보면 주차할 곳이 있어 크게 불편하진 않았습니다. 하지만 주변에서 굉음을 내고 새벽늦게까지 돌아다니는 오토바이, 서로 경쟁하듯 굉음을 내고 돌아다니는 차량소음에 도저히 잠을청할수 없어 새벽3시에 체크아웃을 하고 집으로 돌아오다 고속도로 휴게소에서 가족들이 쪽잠을 잤었습니다. 이번엔 겨울이라 괜찮겠지 하고 설연휴 시작하면서 1박을 했는데...... 오토바이 굉음은 없었는데 부아~~아~앙~ 하는 자동차 소음이...호텔주변을 돌아다니는건지 뭔지... 이번엔 그래도 아침까지 선잠을 자긴했는데 잠을 편하게제대로 못자 너무 피곤했습니다. 가족들은 다시는 오지 않겠다고 하네요...(홍단호텔뿐만 아니라 송정근처에서의 숙박을요...) 사장님께 부탁드립니다... 이글을 불편하게만 읽지 마시고 복도와 룸의 창문을 방음잘되는 괜찮은 샤시와 창문으로 바꾸시고 관할경찰서에 지속적으로 민원을 제기하셔서 환경을 더 쾌적하게 바꾸어주셧으면 좋겠습니다. 주변소음만 아니면 정말 좋습니다.

미쳤어요 너무 좋아요!!!! 이 가격에 송정해수욕장 바로 앞이고, 주차 공간도 널널하고 리셉션 공간도 작은 미술관같고 룸 컨디션도 좋아요! 다음에도 부산오면 꼭 다시 이용할거에요!

깔끔한 디자인이 좋았습니다. 방에 들어가 신을 벗고 들어가는데 바닥이 따뜻해서 또 좋았습니다. 침대방인데도 바다가지 신경을 쓰셨더라구요. 위치도 송정바닷가 바로 앞이라 창밖으로 보이는 경치는 별로였지만 상관없었습니다. 근데 아쉬운 것 한가지가... 청결에 너무 신경을 쓰셨던지 침구랑 수건 등에서 락스 냄새가 많이 나서요. 자고 일어났더니 목이 안좋더라구요. 다음번에도 또 방문하고 싶은데요. 그 부분만 좀 신경써 주세요.

저렴한 가격에 너무 따뜻하고 깨끗하고 편안한 객실이었어요. 방바닥이 아주 따끈따끈하여 방안에 온기 가득하여 침대에서 푹 잤네요^^ 화장실이 매우 큰 것 또한 좋았어요. 다음에 또 이용할꺼에요^^
