Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to Haeundae Beach and Dongbeak Island. Not too close to the main road, so very quiet. Staff were super friendly and provided an easy and quick check-in. Highly recommend if staying for a couple days in Busan

Hotel intro was good value for money as we got it at a discounted rate. Great location to popular spots and easy to access buses from. Noise carried through rooms and from outside easily but i put earplugs in and it was fine. It was hard to communicate with hotel prior to check in, couldn't find an email address and response through Expedia was pretty lacking.

The room was less than what we expected. Toilet doesn’t flush well with low water pressure. They warn if your toilet gets plugged, you might get charged for fixing it. The alley way smell humid and the room has no view surrounded by other buildings despite the fact that it’s walking distance to Haeundae. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are seeking comfort. Also the floors are concrete or tile (not carpeted floor) so it keeps the room too cold at night.

Rented 3 rooms and they all smelled of smoke. Heater was still on in April so it was hard to sleep at night with a small window crack. Mattress was thin and hard. Bathroom and shower were nice but there is a weird step to each room that we kept stubbing our toes on. Kinda odd. In room 507 the lights flicker all night long even after we turned them off. It was funny until it wasn’t….
