“Great place to stay while visiting Bran and Zarnesti. Staff were incredibly friendly, and took very good care of us. Even played me and my friend off, as we left, with our new favorite Romanian song, “Lady” by Sandy Ciorba… which we had been dancing to out on the balcony :) Food was also excellent, and the lamb stew with polenta was one of the best dishes I had in Romania. “I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz.
