I had a problem with a noisy group at dinner and the FB Mgr changed my table to the private kitchen table next to the chef. It was amazing. The good was extraordinary. I will definitely return. "

"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work). We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis. "
