Amazing location! Large house

The property and experience were both fantastic. If you’re traveling to the area with a large group, I’d highly recommend this property and would encourage all to purchase the package with the chef. The chef prepared great meals, eaten with great views everyday. It was comfortable for a large party. Also, the Pedregal community it gorgeous, safe, and well located to all areas of Cabo. Tons of large homes and a private, accessible beach made it a picturesque stay. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing Vacation House

Our family of 11 (ages from 11 to 70) stayed here the middle of January for a late Christmas get together. The house is beautiful and the main living area definitely provides so much space for everyone to enjoy. We had Rogelio and Daniel as our chefs for almost every meal and it was so worth it. They made fabulous breakfasts and dinners and even did all the cleanup. We saw whales all the time from the top floor. The grandkids enjoyed the pool but the temperature at times varied from being too cold or even too warm. The dishwasher has not worked for over the past year we were told. The master bathroom needs to have some sort of shower curtain to provide privacy from anyone swimming in the pool. We hung up towels as a solution since our grandchildren were in the pool all the time. The place could use some freshening up such as new towels. Besides these minor issues, we very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place.

Hard to leave

This home is perfect for any gathering of friends or family. We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful accommodations, spectacular views and the chef is superb! It was difficult to leave. Can’t wait to get back there again.

Family Bday trip for my son who was turning 40

This house is everything and more than what we were expecting.!!!! There were 10 of us and it was easy to get to town but you almost never need to leave. Views are stunning, tons of room, bedrooms are large and clean and comfy, and highly suggest taking advantage of the chef!!! The food was amazing and based on the costs of things in town its a deal. We would 100% recommend this home!!!!!! Thanks Marlona and the entire team.... The McArdle's from Colorado

Amazing and beautiful home!!!

Our group of 10 had the best time staying in this beautiful home! Marlona could not have been a better host…helping us with airport transfers, massages, Covid tests and anything else that came up. Such a gift! The home itself was so comfortable and clean and the housekeepers kept everything top notch. The absolute cherry on the cake was Chef Alex!!! He is hands down the best in home chef we have ever had cook for us…you will not be disappointed! We actually canceled dinner rezes just to eat at home with Alex cooking for us! This home and amenities are a 10++++! Can’t wait to return!

Trip of a lifetime!

Cabo at Villa Vista Pacifico was by far the most amazing trip of my life (I’m 50), and I have traveled extensively in USA, and select international locations. We went all in with Chef Alex allowing his team to cook most of our meals, stock the groceries and they cleaned the kitchen after every meal. The food was local, fresh, and 5 out of 5 on quality and taste. I was truly blown away. Sign up for massages before you go, definitely worth it. Ubers are the easiest way to get around locally after getting in from airport but they generally can only fit 3 passengers, so you may have to book two or three if you go out. Off the Hook fishing charter, ask for Martin! Water at the house is completely filtered, which includes showers and pool, etc. we used the ice from the refrigerator - perfect! Open the doors and turn off the AC and enjoy the cross breezes. Just relax!

You will not want to leave this house!

Immediately upon arrival we knew we made the right choice in picking a Villa for our vacation. You will not want to leave this Villa!!! It is absolutely beautiful, has everything you need and ocean views as well as private bathrooms in every room. Our family and friends were extremely pleased with all the amenities and luxuries the villa offers as well as the cleaning staff and Chef services. Chef Alex is amazing, we hired him one night for Sushi, the best Sushi I had ever eaten. We also hired him to cook a rib-eye birthday dinner with bacon wrapped shrimp, BBQ vegetables and baked potatoes, everyone is still talking about this dinner, by far, hands down, the best meal in Cabo. After dinner it was a treat to meander down to the theater room for movie time with the family. The was the best family vacation we had, a true relaxing and pampered time. We will no doubt be returning. Thank you Marlona for all your support and fine details of our trip, we appreciate your assistance in making our trip a memorable one! The living room doors stack in the walls merging the indoors to an outdoor living area on the deck. The infinity pool, slide and deck was our favorite place to hang out during the day. The sunset from the deck was spectacular every night.

Unobstructed gorgeous views, clean and spacious home!

This rental completely lives up to all expectations and is full accurately advertised. The house is extremely spacious and very clean! Ample space and all the rooms are very large. The unobstructed views in the main living area are just divine. Almost every bedroom also has views. The two pools are small, but we had a handful of kids and they still enjoyed the pools. The pools are also shallow, so works well for smaller kids. The property manager came by the first day itself and checked in with us, showed us around the house. And we were able to easily get a hold of the property manager if we needed anything. The walk to the town at first seemed daunting, but it was about 30 minutes and a beautiful walk along the way. One thing to note - if you do use the chef services, keep cash on hand for this. The host was detailed and had given us everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. This made everything seamless!

4th of July Family Trip

We had the best time at Villa Vista Pacifica! The house was perfect for our family trip. The chefs cooked us dinner and appetizers the first night along with breakfast every day and the food was amazing! Marlona was extremely helpful helping us get prepared for our trip which included scheduling an on site Covid test before we departed which was a huge help. The house was beautiful with an amazing view and each room was comfortable and beautiful! We would highly recommend!

Amazing place and amazing service

This was a special trip for a 50th birthday week and Marlona's place met our expectations in every way. Alejandro and his team were amazing at food presentation and with exquisite taste. The house was spotless and cleaned every day so I highly suggest you take advantage of both. The whales were in full season and Villa Vista Pacifica had a great view of them from the upper balcony. If you want a close up view, the beach is a short 10 minute walk and the hike back up the hill will give you a good dose of exercise. Highly recommended and we will be back.

The property was beautiful, clean and very well kept. It had everything you might need staying away from home. The view was breath taking. The chef to the house cleaners to the personal masseuses were friendly and professional. It was conveniently located close to town but you never felt you were. The sparkling pool was refreshing and loved just sitting in it looking at the ocean. We would highly recommend this villa and will be coming back here again!!

PERFECT VACATION HOME FOR FRIENDS & FAMILY

We had a FANTASTIC time and just LOVED the house and the staff. The food was to die for like staying in a 5 star hotel but better since it was personalized to our liking. Chef Alex and his Sous Chef were unbelievable amazing Chefs! We ate like kings and queens and felt WELL taken care of. The cleaning staff did an incredible job and never were in our space. All of the sudden we would have clean towels by the pool and our rooms would be made up beautifully. This house is so beautiful and comfortable. The open floor plan from the kitchen to the terrace is perfect along with the two levels of pool and decks to hang out with the family. The views are absolutely breathtaking. I have not stopped raving about the home, staff and how well everything was planned out … airport transportation, massages, the food being purchased and prepared and having the home cleaned daily. This truly was a well needed vacation and exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Perfect Place For Our Group

This house was perfect for our group trip over New Years (There were a total of 9 guests in our group). First off the property manager was very responsive along the way to answer any questions. The house was exactly as described, luxury with sweeping views from multiple levels. Finally the chef and staff prepared such incredible meals; we rarely felt the need to leave the house. However, on those days we wanted to explore the location was close enough to hop a cab or private car to near by restaurants and shops. We would definitely look at staying here or any of the other houses in this neighborhood on the next Cabo trip.

World class experience!

My friends and I get to Cabo at least once a year and have truly enjoyed this exquisite home above all others. Located in Pedregal, it has an amazing view of the Pacific and is far better than any property we've experienced. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated with original art and lovely furnishings, has a gorgeous kitchen and ample space on the patio for entertaining. We enjoyed the 2-level pool, en-suite bathrooms and movie theatre. The owners coordinated local services including a wonderful chef who prepared sushi from freshly caught tuna, traditional mexican food and lovely breakfasts. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, massage therapists and incredible sunset views. In every way it was a world-class experience. We'll be back!

Birthday Trip

My wife and I travel to Cabo two to three times a year and have stayed at many of the 4 & 5 bedroom houses in Pedregal along with the 4 bedroom penthouse at La Estancia and other hotel properties. Villa Vista Pacifica exceeded all of our other stays by far. It wasn't one thing that stood out, it was the overall experience. The toughest decision of our day was what we would have the chef make for dinner that night. He was so good, we quit going out to restaurants and just had him make our meals every night. I highly recommend the bacon shrimp and who knew a chef in Cabo could make a world class Ribeye, honestly one of the best I have ever had. We did everything the Villa had to offer from watching a Sunday morning movie in the theater room to a messages on the patio. The owners of the property are well connected with the best of everything Cabo has to offer, so do not hesitate to ask them. That's it, we will be back!

Girlfriend Week Getaway

I LOVE Villa Vista Pacific. I have visited Cabo on several occassions and without a doubt, Villa Vista Pacific offers the BEST home away from home in comfort and experience. In planning our return trip with a group of 6 ladies, we arrived with mostly, a no agenda attitude. Our favorite activities and restaraunts were, The Office, a sunset dinner cruise on the Rossalinna, and dinner at Edith's which we concluded with their famous Banana Flambe' prepared tableside. On our no agenda days, we definitly were catered to by the chef prepared meals and drinks, or getting massages, all while the housekeeper magically did her work virtually unnoticed, which made our vacation that much more relaxing. The property manager has done a superior job in making this home and vacation a trip you'll want to keep coming back to.

Girlfriend Week Getaway!

Not being comfortable with travel in Mexico I got swept up to this amazing home, more like a resort, with a wonderful group of girlfriends. My anxiety and fear of travel was quickly dismissed upon arrival to Villa Vista Pacifica, where I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. Property manager Marlona put in comforts for me with personal drivers for our outings complete with valet parking. Her recommendations of particular tours and shopping locales kept me feeling safe. I' m extremely grateful for the special attention she offered to make sure I was comfortable. This place was filled with amenities that I wouldn't have needed to leave the property , but I was brave and ventured out to shop in town, dine at Edith's and people watch and have beer at The Office. This home looks exactly like the stunning pictures on the website. My friends back home couldn't believe my photos from my iPhone 6. I highly recommend Villa Vista Pacifica and Cabo San Lucas to any wary traveler... I'm a convert and can't wait to journey back next year!!

Villa Vista Pacific was once again one of the best vacations I have ever been on. This was my second visit here and hopefully not my last. The home is impeccably clean, very quiet and decorated beautifully. All the bedrooms have patios to enjoy your morning coffee or to just read a book. It's a must to have the chef and maid service. I never washed a dish, made a meal or made my bed. The view of the Pacific Ocean on the two poolside patios is amazing. It's so nice and convenient to arrive to margaritas and warm appetizers (that can feed an army). The food was delicious and healthy. The home is so tranquil. We hung out by the pool, watched movies in the theater room and had massages in the massage room. It truly is an experience you will never forget. Downtown is a 10 minute car ride. The Office and Ediths restaurants are a must. This home would be great for a girls trip, couples trip, family reunion, etc. You can't beat the amenities. The owner of the home is most helpful with anything you may need. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fabulous Location, Amenities, and vViews

I recently stayed at the Villa Vista Pacifica with my wife and 3 other couples. There was plenty of room for everyone with the grand open living area and kitchen. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, each with a private patio and view of the ocean and fantastic sunsets. Two pools were available for cooling off and the entire southern wall of the living room opens up to the outdoor patio. The finish and quality of the entire home are top quality. The chef prepared a great traditional Mexican buffet for out arrival that was delicious and abundant. The property has an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean and is within a 5 minute cab ride of downtown Cabo. We found the home to be relaxing and comfortable in every way. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing for a great Cabo experience. It is important to note that the entire Villa's water supply is triple filtered and we used the tap water for coffee and drinks and everyone remained healthy. Thanks for a wonderful time. We promise to return.

BEST Villa in Cabo for those seeking a 5 STAR experience

I recently stayed at Villa Vista Pacifica for the best girlfriends week getaway ever!! It started off just right with an amazing welcome spread from Chef Alex, consisting of delicious authentic Mexican food and Margaritas. We lounged around enjoying the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and stayed cool dipping in the infinity edge pool. This property is exquisite and comfortable in all areas. The main living area has a beautiful artful design with the map of Mexico painted in the dome ceiling. You have to see this to truly appreciate the art that it is. All the bedrooms are master suites with the same beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean that is seen at the main level. This Villa is a must see and stay as it is immaculately kept and offers the amenities found at your top resorts. Marlona certainly knows how to pamper and spoil those that are seeking the experience, including massages, private chefs, sunset cruises, fishing excursions or anything else you would want to do while in Cabo. The location has to be mentioned with its the proximity to Medano Beach, Marina and downtown Cabo experience is just a short car ride away. One last thing to mention is the sunsets are AMAZING!!! The most relaxing vacation in a long time and I am ready to go back!! Thank you MARLONA!!!

WOW!!! Simply Amazing!

We stayed recently at Villa Vista Pacifica and all I can say if WOW! We had 4 couples in the house which had plenty of room. The house was exquisitely appointed with all the necessary furnishings one could ask for. The views are to die for, simply stunning, hard to capture in a picture. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing with plenty of room. We opted to have Chef Martin provide meal service, this was the best money I have spent in a long time. OMG that man can cook! It was way cheaper and better than eating out every meal. His daughter, Malissa, was a doll. Cleaning services were spot on, even when in the house you hardly noticed them. We also opted for the Massage options, again amazing! Some did out on deck overlooking ocean and others did it in the massage room. Overall one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had. All of the ladies came home with smiles, which means they were happy, happy wife equals happy life. We'll be back...
