In my experience, photos of properties often make them look better than they are. Not with this condo. Someone should have included a photo here of the sunset view from the balcony or from the living room looking out through sliding glass doors. The photo here is a good angle, and a great scene, but the sunset view is to the right of this of what’s in this picture and at the other end of the balcony.
The view is spectacular. In fact, when I went to the bank in Playa Flamingo (short walk) to exchange some currency, the teller noted which building we were staying in and she mentioned that it is known for the views. I’d be happy to provide some photos for use here of the sunsets from the balcony. We took hundreds, as it just gets better and better over 45 minutes or so.
The sunsets are beyond SPECTACULAR.
Now for some nuts and bolts. My wife, son and I spent 20 days there in June/July. There were some glitches or small problems, as will happen with any property, especially one 20 or so years old. And Abigail Arias, our contact for questions etc., was available through WhatsApp to get things done. Example: We immediately went out on the balcony upon arrival, and pulling and pushing the patio door open and shut was like pushing a stalled car. Abigail sent a work crew, and, judging from residue, they shaved metal from the bottom track to get it back in line. Ditto for replacing a shower head that dribbled (albeit large globs) water straight down, rather than outward in a, well, a s
