Our beautiful apartment is located in the Cabo Velas Estates Community, a quiet residential development in the small town of Matapalo, just 7 minutes to Playa Grande, 15 minutes to Bahia de Piratas, Playa Minhas and Puerto Viejo, and 27 minutes to Playa Tamarindo. Matapalo is quiet but does have 2 small markets and 2 typical restaurants. Nearby is the town of Huacas with more restaurant and market options. If you like to enjoy night life you can visit Tamarindo.

Amazing Condo!
This condo is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful with an amazing pool! It has everything you need to vacation in complete comfort and tranquility! It close to several incredible beaches, stores and restaurants. The owner is amazing and communicates quickly to answer any of your questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting this condo!!!
