"Contemplation cabin was amazing! It was very secluded, peaceful and serene. The cabin was well stocked for any needs and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the river and even saw an Eagle fly by. The owners were great with communication, especially with the directions to get there, which was definitely needed, since GPS wasn't much help at a certain point. We highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for beauty, seclusion and peace! "

"Pretty looking motel/ hotel. Out room thedoor opened to the outside. Quiet except for traffic. Its a busy road. The air conditioner lmasked the road noise, almost. Very clean. Comfy linens and bed. Definitely will stay again if we need to be in Mtn View, MO. Cute dog, Winston, o In the office."

"It was me and my bestie for a girls getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better location. If you truly want to unplug from the world this is the perfect place. The Host were informative and responsive. The place that sell was charm being and rustic. We're all ready talking about coming back next year."

AC worked great, the beds were very comfy, great bathroom w/ shower, everything was clean.The owner communicates very well, told us local places to eat at which were very good.There's a creek, thats like a 5 minute drive away also thats a great place to relax."

"Property was definitely secluded. No Internet or TV but plenty of card games and board games to keep everyone entertained. Fireflies at dusk were a nice surprise. The shower is not tall folk friendly. I myself am 5'2" with wide hips and was almost touching the shower head, if I were to take a bath my hips would have been mighty tight. The stairs to the loft are a spiral staircase with no outside railing. My 7 and 12 year olds were ok with it and loved it. My 15 year old said "nope" and chose the couch instead. Close enough to things to tourist but secluded enough to feel like the middle of nowhere. 10/10 recommend."
