“We arrived and had a clean basic room. The hotel itself had a strange smell in the common areas but not in our room. The staff were helpful but no smiles or enthusiasm. We didn’t sleep well as the air conditioner in our room made a loud sound when it ran the pump, so we were woken by that regularly through the night.”

“The receptionist was really helpful and kindly let us in to our room a little early after a long drive so we could freshen up before going to look around town. All staff pleasant and helpful. The town was a 15 minute walk to all the sites of interest. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free bread. Parking on site. We enjoyed our stay.”

On the other hand, despite the amenities listed in the description, don't expect to have a breakfast, there's just... none. The spa is pure imagination, and is it reasonably honest to call a dull room only furnished with tables and chairs a "kid-friendly area" ? To my opinion, only workers who are used to spend a couple of days in tough conditions should consider this place.”
