"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "
"We had a lovely time , hotel was clean and in-house food was good. We had a birthday during our stay and the hotel dropped a free bottle into our room which was a lovely surprise, well done the staff that organized it. "

"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "
"Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing.

"We spend our vacation in this house every summer. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Playa Cristal with a range of restaurants just around the corner. The house is well equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful host, perfect communication. Glad to come here again and again! "
