Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensure the comfort of all guests.

The attractive exterior of the villa stands out for a comfortable covered and furnished terrace, the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue next to the private pool measuring 7x3.5 meters. Plus, an outside shower adds a refreshing touch to the outdoor space.

The villa is located in an easily accessible and privileged area due to its proximity to the beaches and all services. Just 600 meters away, you will find the nearest supermarket, 1 km from the beach, and 3 km from the center of Calpe with its many restaurants and entertainment options.
