“Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”. They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway. The lake was also several blocks away so didn’t really see that. Also very……

“The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them.”

"Nice place. We got a free update during our first night and also stayed in a standard room the second night. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful.
