Such a great location and close to the main square for shopping/dining. It sits on a private lane so you get central location with quiet evenings! The staff was so helpful when we arrived and we had everything we needed, I would recommend to anyone coming to Sorrento!

The resort itself was great, however going anywhere was either up or down lots and lots of steps and then the opposite to return. This is not a place for someone who is elderly or has any issues with walking steep steps. I would also mention that the hotel itself does not have a pool but that you can use the sister hotel pool if you want. The staff was excellent though and the hotel was very clean!
