New on the market, renovated, the apartment is located on the fourth floor on the Camogli seaside promenade. For the months of July and August only, it is associated with a free parking space in the town center. Like all the houses in the "first row" it has the ancient characteristic of not providing for the installation of the lift. This is compensated by the fact that down the stairs of the building we are practically on the beach (less than 10 steps) as well as in the vicinity of the most important clubs, restaurants, bistros, piano bars, food shops and boutiques that Camogli can offer. The apartment is on two levels. On the first level there is the sleeping area, with a very large double bedroom, with large wardrobes, a bathroom equipped with the necessary services and a Teuco whirlpool tub, unique in its kind, since the traditional whirlpool can be added with the emission of fundamental ultrasound to combat water retention and cellulite, as well as promoting the full recovery of the body after a day of "active" efforts (for example, a splendid walk on Monte di Portofino) or "passive" efforts (for example, a delicious day spent sunbathing camoglino). To complete the sleeping area there is a second double bedroom of normal size, also with an attached bathroom complete with all services and a very functional shower. It should be emphasized that both bedrooms have windows overlooking a small, very characteristic and silent square, so as to ensure adequate night's sleep away from the liveliness of the Camoglina nightlife. The first level develops into a first living area where the large bookcase and the Ormea stone table in the shape of a "pelican's beak" sit on which a Yamaha electric piano is placed at the complete disposal of the guest. This first living room is completed with a semicircular table, also in Ormea stone, above which there is a Bang & Olufsen Hi-FI system (Beosound 9000), as well as a station with two computers with five monitors. If an unavoidable working need arises, the monitors can be connected to the guest's laptop or, at the limit, the same use of computers is possible. From the living area with a staircase of a few steps you can access the ultra-panoramic terrace containing deck chairs and a circular table of 120 cm in diameter capable of hosting up to 6 people, where you can eat in front of the spectacle of the beach, the promenade and the entire Gulf of Camogli. The living area continues with a large space dedicated to the kitchen, equipped with all the services: dishwasher, traditional 90 cm oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, American fridge syde by side General Electric, as well as of course, of plates, pots and pans of all sizes and sizes. In the immediate vicinity there is a large space with a round table with a semi-circular masonry seat capable of hosting up to 8 guests. The second floor of the apartment ("the attic floor") completely open on the lower floor, loft style, is accessed via a large wooden stairway which is immersed in a living room dominated by a large semicircular 7/8 seater sofa which develops in front of a base for fireplace, the back of which is dominated by a colored semicircular glass from the ancient and precious glassworks of Oregon (USA) and on whose front there is a 49-inch flat-screen TV, equipped with satellite TV, CD player and socket for connection to the laptop TV. The attic floor develops, again, with a smaller sitting room in which there is a sofa bed (200 * 105) and an additional bathroom (the third of the apartment) which in addition to being equipped with all services also includes the washing machine and the dryer (rare in this type of apartment). For any additional beds (sixth and possible seventh) you must contact me before booking. In any case there is an additional cost of 40 euros per night for each bed beyond the fifth. PRICE POLICY The prices of the apartment are guided by a mathematical algorithm. For this reason they can change, even daily, on the basis of the variation in market demand and the prices charged by the competition. The aim is to provide the cheapest price, taking into account the unique characteristics of the apartment. For bookings of at least 7 nights there is a 10% discount.
