"We liked the location, but the room was so small we could not even open our luggage to change clothes. we had an early flight and had to leave at 6:30 AM and breakfast which we paid for was not ready when we woke to eat. the pictures show you areas of the hotel that you do not have access to and I would never stay there again when we go back next year."

"The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip..."

"Location is perfect. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and bath were in very good condition and as presented on the pictures. We did have one very big issue: the noise of the ceiling cracking from people walking on the floor above. We were surprised we didn’t see this in the reviews as the ceiling cracks so much that it makes it very hard to sleep, even with ear plugs. "Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us. Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."
