First room had two roaches. 2nd room had a damp-like bed, and a filthy shower that I couldn't use. Overall, the walls, joineries, floors were peeling off, and had bits and pieces all over. Walls and floors were unclean. The overall property hallways were filthy in some areas. The lady at the reception was also rude when I asked for the wifi password and got annoyed as she tried to explain the wifi password.

Do not stay here. Some toast caught fire ant 6:30 am and all the fire alarms went off. There was smoke everywhere. We made our way down the stairwell to the emergency exit CLEARLY marked emergency exit and it was locked. Luckily we were able to exit to the lobby. When I complained and showed the staff the exit and showed them it was locked. They tried the door themselves and confirmed it was locked. They then told me oh this door just goes out to the parking lot. That’s why it’s locked. I said yes I see that but it says EMERGENCY exit and this was an emergency. They simply said but it was just toast. Very unsafe and uncaring environment

The place needs renovations. There was mold in the corners of the shower. The hallway rug is very dirty, actually gross. The bed is uncomfortable and hard. The pillows are small. When we checked in the person seemed annoyed that we were there. They didn’t have Diet Coke stocked, they were out. We wanted to use the pool and couldn’t get in the room. We asked the front desk for help and they said they would be there in a minute and never came to let us into the pool and hot tub. Breakfast wasn’t good and odd items. Maple sausage that tasted like hot dogs. We don’t recommend this hotel.
