Cañada Clara Vacations from $521

The staff was very nice and helpful. One night I was not felling well and they kept an eye on me so I don’t feel along. The amenities and cleanness. Convenience location, close to everything I would come back. Thanks

Second time staying here. First time was pleasant. This time wasn’t as pleasant. Hotel was packed. My room was changed 4 times. First room ac stopped working, over 20 mosquito bites. I could hear the pigeons in the corners of the roof and could even see feathers coming through the cracks. Second room had a roof leak. Third room ac was leaking and mold everywhere. 4th room ac stopped working but they did fix it. Maintenance guy Moises is the man! Food was par. All the staff there is amazing. Beautiful views. Plenty to do. Restaurants, excursions, etc. Will stay in the future but definitely will inspect room before unpacking.

My stay was okay the staff is amazing in the morning but who ever answered the phone for room service was rude. There should be more food options me and my partner only enjoyed the breakfast at the buffet and one day that they had Dominican food. The restaurants weren’t that great and the drinks either. I don’t think I would come to this location again but I’m willing to try different locations. I would like te recognize one of the staff members (Jose) who was amazing with us during our visit.

Room was relatively well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Special accolades go to Perforio for finding us dinner reservations when all restaurants were booked during the week we were there. Dominga immediately helped locate my phone charger that I had left in the room after receiving an upgrade with much grace and kindness. Waitress Maria-she was so full of joy and happiness. Simply a pleasure to be around. Waiter Fernando was incredibly cordial and friendly. We enjoyed his hospitality and joviality very much.
