We stayed in the penthouse floor with hot tub on the upstairs terrace and it was stunning! Really nice suite, very clean, well located (5/6mins walk to the Setas de Sevilla) spacious rooms, a handy kitchen with a fridge/freezer to keep food and drinks cool… this was a real treat for us to come back to after a day of exploring Seville. Communication was super easy with WhatsApp and we were thrilled to be able to check in early (as soon as our flight landed) so we could get settled. We would absolutely stay here again, it was brilliant!

Stayed here for one night during my 7 weeks of traveling as a little treat to myself between hostels to be alone and reorganize my stuff. The water was hot and bed was comfortable. Smart TV was a nice bonus. But….It was very loud, very thin walls. From my my bed I could clearly hear the what people were saying outside as well as inside. And since there is a roof bar and a ground floor bar, a lot of people visit this place. ALSO since it’s a bar, I was confused when I arrived if I was in the right place. The hostess of the bar also is the front desk. I did find it very weird she asked me to write down my credit card information on a paper. I honestly wrote a fake one, it seemed very strange and anyone could obtain that information. I had to arrive about 1pm and I was able to store my luggage. They do not have a secure space for things, just off to the side and I wasn’t allowed to leave my bag after checkout, only before checkin. I would stay here again for the price I paid of 90 USD, but no more than that.

The hotel is unique with historic heritage that is well maintained. The location is in a great, safe calm area of Seville. The furthest we walked was 25 minutes south everything was within reach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The roof terrace is highly recommend to relax and cool off from the Seville sun.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.
