"Our recent stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was a wonderful experience overall. While the main lobby is currently under construction, the hotel has done a great job relocating check-in, dining, and lounge services to the golf clubhouse, which was well organized and welcoming. Upon arrival, our room was not quite ready, which was a bit of a slow start. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service that followed. Both the concierge team and a manager personally reached out to ensure our stay was nothing short of excellent. Their attentiveness and care made a lasting impression. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, complimentary drinks at the lounge, and thoughtful goodies delivered to our room—all gestures that showed how much they valued our experience. These efforts completely turned things around and made us feel genuinely appreciated. From that point on, our stay was exceptional. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings, making for a memorable getaway. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond—we truly felt cared for and would happily return. "

"The room was clean and neat. Some small mold patches on the bathroom walls. The kitchen is sparingly equipt. They provided coffee but bring your own tea salt etc. The oven had one sheet of foil on it. No extra foil or baking sheets. The staff was very friendly and offer cleaning servuce during our stay. The property is on a nice spot overlooking the three sisters. You also can use the hottube and sauna for free. Checking in and out was smooth and fast. I will stay here again."
