Booked and paid for one night stay. Noone to check in. No checkin details sent. Host not answering phone, msgs, or email. Left stranded wet and cold after watching a footy game.

Hosted at check in

Host was unresponsive and supplied a fake contact number. Never responded to any messages on app and we were unable to check in. Needless to say it was quite stressful. Stayz did find us alternative accommodation but one of us still had to sleep on a lounge to make it work.
