Well priced property but you need a car to get to anywhere in Canberra. Also, there were few dining options in the hotel and outside of the Labour Club it was a long way for a meal.

A disappointment. On ringing Reception re a barking dog I found out, much to my amazement, that it was a pet friendly hotel!! Not impressed. Others issues were: A shower that ran scalding then freezing. My bed wasn’t made either day. The shower area is potentially dangerous when wet and needs grab rails. And the curtains are almost impossible to open to allow natural light.

There wasn't enough lounge room seating in our 2 bedroom unit for the 4 people. Kitchen had no cutting board and there were limited plates and bowls. There were no oven trays. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was full of mould and smelt.

The accommodation is not as stated. The 1st room - TV didnt work. 2nd room - fridge was not working. 3rd room - wifi did not work but we were too messed around to be bothered to seek a 4th room. The "backout" curtains had holes in them. The light coming from the main door was bright. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel - I dont know how it got rated. Staff didnt want to know our concerns. I woud not reccommend this place to anyone. The power block did not work but it was replaced. Overall - dont go there!!!!
