There was an extra charge on the accommodation room as the receptionist staff told me I had booked the accommodation for 1 person and not two, despite already paying for a double room. The room was not clean and the other guests at the hotel had a similar experience

The hotel is in good location. Shops are walking distance. The hotel looks very run down and needs of modernisation. The toilet needs updating, flash keeps breaking down. The hotel does not meet 4 star hotel, it's more like a 3 star hotel. Staff was friendly but they need to have professional boundaries with hotel guests.
