“Clean, cozy cabins with stunning mountain views—quiet, private, and perfect for a quick escape from Bogotá. Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat. Great value and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back.”

“The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. My guess is that it would only work for a one- or (maybe) a two-log fire...anything more overwhelms its capacity for exhausting smoke. The stay……

“Location was excellent for me”

“Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. ”
