“The report was beautiful and clean. The beach was amazing. However the service was very poor, so don’t expect anyone to bring you any drinks even with tips. The food was mediocre and deserts choices were very limited. Will not be returning to Riu Caribe.”

“Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too……
