“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Tienen problemas de mantenimiento con los AC y con algunas cosas generales de las habitaciones. En general el hotel esta bien, con 2 restaurantes tematicos (argentino un 10, el italiano un 5) Buena playa y el personal es amable, aunque son muy lentos para cualquier requerimiento que tengas ”

“This is my second time staying at this hotel, and there were many reasons that brought me back—one of them being the beautiful beach. The facilities are always very clean, and it’s clear they put great effort into keeping everything running smoothly. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional, especially Rafaella from the palapa, who always takes care of guests with a warm smile. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again.”

“It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”

Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. We have used Vacation candy for 3 or 4 years. They make it so easy. I’ll be booking our next vacation return to Cancun”

Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. “The resort was wonderful. We did a few day trips fishing and to Tulum and my family really enjoyed the freedom to have excursions as compared to an all-inclusive resort. The nearby restaurants were great and there is a supermarket within a 1/2 mile. We loved it and loved the weather.”
