“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“This was my first time at an AI Family Resort. Typically I go to adults only properties. The amenities were beautiful. Service and drinks were not that good. All things considered, my child (5) had a blast in the pool and at the beach and we would return. ”

“I have been to the Royal Cancun 3 times and it’s always great. Great service and the property is so pretty. Fun to bus over to the Royal Sands for a day in the surf too and see a good show.”

“We came here with our 2 year old twins and they absolutely loved it! The hotel feels like a wildlife retreat. There are wild peacocks, pigs, coatis, and other animals. Our kids loved it! The staff was friendly, especially Ramiro at the front desk, Jessica at the concierge desk and Octavio, one of the head chefs. There were a few negative: the property is very widespread and it takes forever to walk from your room, to the restaurants, pool, and beach; they also don’t have any elevators, which……
