The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!

I am not sure how this property has a high rating. It was one disparen after another daily. We traveled with family and friends. I had reserved two rooms. My first room - the sunset view overlooked another part of the hotel with large air conditioning units covered in bird excrement. The room was very hot, the AC did not work and it was dirty. The room hadn’t been cleaned to welcome us. The lamb was broken and a mirror was used to hold it up. We had a room change. The second room was even hotter, the light near the bathroom would flicker on and off, the tv would not turn on, the balcony light had been removed, the table was broke. I placed items on the table and it almost collapsed, the room was dirty, and the fridge was not stocked. We are now into our third room change. Again the room is dirty, Uribe all over the toilet, smelled bad, blow dryer broke, fridge again not stocked, lamp broke and the plunge pool patio area was so dirty you couldn’t sit in the furniture without your bottom becoming dirty. You would track in dirt on your feet. No towels and the front of the sink cabinet fell on my foot. We notified the receptionist multiple times who said u would need to walk to the counter and request a manager they were busy. The manager promised changes and apologized but nothing happened. She was ineffective. I had to call for towels daily. Our second day we went on an excursion. The bus left at 630 before breakfast was served. We were told awake at4am to

We got an ocean side room on a 6th floor, and view was gorgeous! The room was very clean. Staff are great. A lot of food choices, was very easy to make reservations to any restaurant. The only thing is AC in our room was not working well for the last 3 days of our stay. The technician came to fix it but it was still very hot and would not go below 26C

Beautiful! Stayed here 10yrs ago (10 yr anniversary) Back for our 20th. PROs Beautiful resort & property! Infinity pool, hot tubs, fountains into the lower level pools, landscaping. But the staff makes the resort! They are kind & will bend over backwards to make your stay incredible! Special thanks to:1)Nadia (beachside server)- amazing, attentive, kind, always going the extra mile (found us a wicker table from up by the pool & carried it down to our beach chairs so we would have a table!) 2)El Mexicano restaurant-Nathanael (Manager), Jesus (Chief) & Jario (waiter). Jesus is very knowledgeable regarding gluten:offered us numerous gluten free options. He made us a beautiful Anniversary dinner & dessert then topped that with the most elaborate seafood dish we had ever seen for the last night we were there! He spoiled us wonderfully! Jario treated us like we were the only people in the entire restaurant! It was humbling. He made us laugh, came up with a new drink for us to try with each new course & generally treated us like family! Everyone @the Cevicheria! CONs Noise. Hard to find a quiet place in resort during the day. The first 2 nights there was a multi day wedding celebration. Problem was that the loud music and announcements lasted well into midnight. Our room was far from the celebration but still had difficulty sleeping even with the fan in room on high. I fault the resort, not wedding party, for disrespecting the rest of the visitors by not giving a noise curfew.

the location is very nice, beach is beautiful, food is decent. The property is in poor condition especially the rooms. the AC didn’t work for part of our trip and we were boiling. the rooms are musty. No water in the fridge until we asked. it changed over the years for the worse.

The property was very clean. If you are staying 3 days then it’s a good property because its not that big. If you are staying for 5 days then you ill get bored. There are no such things except pool. Unless you want to do expensive activities. Local market is 20 mints drive so you can not visit unless you are ok being out there alone. Overall the property is very clean.

I have to say I've stayed at a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is by far the best one. The food was impeccable. I'm such a picky person and everything was amazing. The staff was very attentive. Super fast. Everything was clean. Beach was beautiful. everything within walking distance wasn't too big. I definitely would come back.

My second visit was even better than my first visit. Wonderful all inclusive experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fantastic. The only thing that I would have wanted was some fun happy hour music at the pool from 3:00-6:00 PM

Expedia sucks. I booked flights, hotel and airport transfer with them. Airline canceled my flight and Expedia did not help with rebooking flight, shuttle or hotel. There's no point in using them. I spent about 10 hours calling/emailing everyone. I got a flight for the next day but neither Expedia or hotel would credit or refund the first night. All-inclusive rates are not cheap. I also paid extra on Expedia for the flight so that I could pick seats. When the airline changed my flight, they said I only paid for Economy with no right to choose seats and they didn't receive seat fees so I would have to pay to choose seats. So when you see tiers of Economy on Expedia (Basic Economy, Economy, etc.), know that the airline doesn't have the same categories or recognize the Expedia categories. Otherwise, the resort is good. Very friendly staff, good food, beautiful beach, big pool and clean rooms. Beach has seaweed but staff clean it and it's a minor nuisance. Hotel told us before we arrived that restaurants had dress codes but then they said no when we asked at checked in. No one enforced a dress code. We made dinner reservations once we checked in. We didn't get our first few choices but we still got bookings at a decent dinner hour. Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner. We tried Mexican, Italian and Argentinian for dinner and all were good. The rooms didn't have a door separating the bathroom and no teens club.

We have been vacationing at this property for 19 years. In those 19 years we have vacationed here 34 times. The property exudes a homey-Mexican atmosphere with an emphasis on service. Fernanda, the head of concierge services, is very approachable and responsive to your needs. We would like to make special mention of the waiters Reyes and Alejandro as well as Chef Miguel. We felt very safe in that the grounds are well patrolled and there are cameras in all public spaces. The ocean currents are rather tricky in Cancun but they have an experienced lifeguard staff (Abel, Esalud and Eduardo) to oversee your safety. The yoga program is excellent; master Pada provides a spiritual dimension to the classes. To round out your vacation, take advantage of a full line of spa services. We look forward to our return.

After staying in 6 different hotel around cancun and PDC the Fiesta Americana Condesa was about average but the price was higher than most. I thought a high price would have more to offer or better food or something for the extra money, but I only feel like I got less. Too much of this hotel is for members only or have an extra cost, most of the Cabanas were empty the entire week my son and I were there and we were told they were for members only or we would have to pay for them, also large portions of the hotel were closed for several hours Friday and Saturday due to private weddings. The best thing about this hotel is the employees, a lot of them were extremely helpful and kind. Overall I don't think my family will return to this hotel due to not enough value for the price.

Lovely garden within the building, overall good quality dining options, cleanliness is really outstanding, nightly shows are varied and entertaining. A la carte restaurant are overall good, but the 'pizza' on the Italian restaurant is a disgrace, there is no excuse for an establishment of this level to not have a decent pizza crust, the one they offer is more like a cracker, so sad. Something to keep in mind is that this is a smaller kind of resort, so there aren't that many places to walk or take the children out to other than the pool and maybe to play on the sand on the beach, but forget about going in the beach with kids, the waves make it impossible and even dangerous. it's worth mentioning the strange 'spoon policy' on the main buffet, for some reason they give a particular number of spoons to the service staff and if they don't return them whole they get reprimanded, so if you want/need a spoon you have to specifically ask for one, which gets annoying by the second day. Also, if you aren't blonde with blue eyes the wait staff treat you differently, it's quite jarring the difference on how they treat those they perceive as foreign (waaaay better than the rest). If you are looking for a more laid back experience mostly spending your days in or around the pool and taking advantage of the restaurants this place is a great option.
