Room did not meet expectations: not pleased with side ocean view. Room was not inviting until last day of stay.

Regarding the food, our menus are monitored regularly; also we enquire constantly our guest's desires and opinions to succeed a perfect menu in our buffets. In our restaurants every day we offer different themed menus. As well, we also have a snack by the pool and a pizza station. Also, we offer at least 2 dinner choices. We apologize they weren't of your taste. Nevertheless we appreciate your feedback regarding this subject therefore it will help us to improve in the future.
On the other hand, we regret not having met your expectations in respect to the rooms, but all your comments are fully considered in order to improve our range of services and facilities.
We reiterate once again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced and hopefully you can give us another opportunity to welcome you again so we can enhance your perception of our hotel.
