Air-conditioned mobile home, 4/8 people, in Canet en Roussillon, in the beautiful 4 * Mar Estang campsite where a tunnel gives you access to the beach, 2 minutes walk, and safely.

Thanks to the many services offered within the campsite and its location, everything is within walking distance: beach, walks, shops.
It is located opposite the thalassotherapy center "Les Flamands Roses" and close to many attractions for children (Aqualand, mini golf ...).

Near Perpignan, Collioure, Saint-Cyprien or Spain.

With a surface of 40m2, the mobile home consists of:
- a parental suite: a 140 x 190 bed adjoining its bathroom (shower + WC).
- two bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 110)
- a shower room
- separate WC
- equipped kitchen area: gas hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
- sitting area: convertible sofa bed 2 persons, TV, air conditioning.

The living room opens onto the terrace thanks to its large French windows and bay windows. You can enjoy the quiet with its garden furniture 8 people and two sunbathing.

The campsite has all the necessary services for a good stay: grocery store, bakery, snack and restaurant, laundry, doctor's office.
For entertainment, you will find a petanque court, tennis, football / basketball, playground for children, bike rental, and the bar and entertainment.

The water park consists of an indoor pool heated in low season, 2 outdoor pools (one heated in low season), 3 slides, 2 jacuzzis and 2 paddling pools for the little ones.
These are the FUNS PASS which will give you access to the aquatic area, and its activities, as well as to the gym and the kid's club. The baby club (July-August) for 3-5 years, the mini club (from April) for 5-12 years and the teen club (July-August) offer varied activities and adapted to different ages.
These FUN PASS are to buy directly on site, at the campsite. They are essential from June to the end of September to enjoy the activities.

The cleaning fee is included in the rental but we ask you to respect the place and clean the accessories (oven, microwave, griddle, fridge ...)
