A wonderful apartment in an excellent location!
The photos are nearly completely accurate, although there are some areas (e.g. peeling paint) that need to be refreshed to keep the place attractive. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom is spectacular. Waking up to see the Mediterranean is something special. Having the bus right outside the complex was very convenient to get into Old Antibes and to the train station. The bed was comfortable and I rented linens through M. Rousseau. The kitchen was well-equipped, although there were no real cleaning supplies provided. All in all, however, I would return and recommend this apartment to friends.

Nice location with wonderful view
The apartment was perfect for us, and with the parking space being such a bonus as we drove to Antibes. Great view off the 6th floor balcony, and very nice to have a corner apartment for another side view. I didn't see the fact in the listing that no towels or sheets were provided, but we made do. The area was quiet and convenient for our day trips along the coast. The kitchen and bath were nice with updates. Plenty of storage in hall closet for bags and coats. Owner was responsive to our questions and a building gardien met us on arrival. Would love to return in the future. Antibes had the best firework display New Year's Eve in the bay for a town its size, lasting a full twenty minutes. Would love to return in the future.

Magnifique vue panoramique ! Résidence calme, et bien situé. Arrêt de bus a l’entrée de la résidence parfait pour se déplacer. La mer est accessible à pieds. Antibes est une découverte pour nous, magnifique ville, entre nice et canne c’est parfait pour les vacances !

Bien situé et agréable. Ménage non vérifié toilettes sales en arrivant. Pas de vigile la nuit contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Résidence non sécurisée va et vient de personnes extérieures.

Nous cherchions un pied à terre et l'appartement convenait parfaitement. Il est très bien équipé. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous par rapport à nos activités. La decoration de l'appartent est passée et une rénovation lui ferait le plus grand bien. Mais c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. L'accueil du régisseur est de bonne qualité. Satisfait.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, l'emplacement, les alentours, la vue du 6e étage… l'appartement où il ne manque rien. Bref, je ne pourrai que conseiller d'y séjourner. Les échanges avec propriétaire et gestionnaire ont été parfaits. Je pense que je reviendrai lol
