Charming Three Bedroom Villa in the Provencal village of Callian

Stunning three bedroom house . This house is great for families. The exterior is 2500 m 2 and has gorgeous views of the area.It has its private 12 m long Pool, Trampoline, Boules Court, Hens for fresh eggs and Vegetable Patch. Two separate BBQ areas and Pizza oven as-well as a large outside table seating 8. There is an outside lounge with sofas and chairs as-well as a swing sofa and 4 sun-loungers. Great to bask in the sunshine or cool off under the covered terrace.
The Open Plan Living area has a good sized lounge with has large sofa , Tv and Chairs with a separate Dining Area with a round table and 8 chairs.
The Kitchen has an American Fridge Freezer, Dish Washer, Ice Machine, Induction Hob, Oven and Microwave.
The Washing machine and Dryer are in the Double Garage.
The master Bedroom is on the Ground floor with its ensuite Bathroom. The toilet is separate. There is a Bath and a very large Italian shower. The Bedroom has a 1,80m Double Bed and there is a possibility of adding a cot or bed for a small child.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed bunk bed with a single on top.
Bedroom 3 has a Single bed bunk beds with an extra Double bed in the bedroom if required .
The house is close to the famous Lac St Cassien, so ideal for water sports and hiking. Callian is in the heart of the Var, Provence, it is part of the nine medieval villages of the Canton of Fayence and renowned for its Hikes and Mountain Biking. As well as in the famous Golf Course and Spa resort of Terre Blanche.

Lovely family holiday

What a lovely, well maintained home. Its a real family home with a perect view. Our kids loved the pool, garden, chickens, fish and had a lot of fun. The host was really friendly and supportive. All the ingredients for a perfect holiday in a really nice environment! We will be back for sure!
