“This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. The room was like a prison, with no basic necessities at all — no internet, no air conditioning, nothing. The photos were completely misleading. I only stayed a few hours then left for another hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude, especially when the booking was not made through their own site. The place is located in an abandoned-looking residential area, and it looks nothing like the pictures.”
